About Me

Hi, I’m Julianne.

I’m a certified and registered Counsellor and Art Therapist.

I have always loved creative expression. As a child my heart would race with the colourful sensory overload my first set of Derwent pencils presented and the possibilities they held.  Moving from visual arts, to brand creative development in the corporate world through to now, I’m still making art for my own enjoyment and exploration whilst combining art therapy and counselling with others, as they navigate their world and place within it.

My passion is to assist others explore and connect through creativity, self-expression and mindfulness, for greater understanding and self-awareness, with a focus on healing, self-development and growth.

I’ve had the privilege of working therapeutically across a wide range of settings and age groups with people from all walks of life, each on their own path. I love developing workshops and sessions that foster and nurture creative expression, connection and imagination to assist in accessing and processing your inner and outer worlds for a sense of belonging, purpose and meaning.

I work from a person-centered approach, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to help others move forward in a way that is right for them. As everyone is unique with individual requirements and beliefs, my offering provides a space to meet each person as they are and where they’re at, with warmth, respect and openness.

I look forward to sharing my offering and walking together with you on your path.

I’m a member of ANZACATA (The Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association) and ACA (Australian Counselling Association) with an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Art Therapy and Diploma Counselling.
